Elementor left side keeps loading forever

Hi, I am facing a strange issue with Elementor Builder. Whenever I tried to edit the page using the Elementor the left sidebar continuously keeps loading. Even I am not able to use any of the widget from the Elementor sidebar.

There are various steps to identify the Elementor sidebar keeps loading issue.

Make sure you meet the system requirements required for the Elementor. You can check it by visiting on Elementor > System Info.
Make sure you are working with the Elementor's latest or updated version.
Try to de-activate all the plugins except the Elementor or Elementor Pro.
Try to switch (Temporary) your current theme to the default TwentyTwenty theme.
Try with increasing the value of max_input_vars

Previously a few months back, I had the same issue and it was because of a plugin that I identify through the same steps that James suggested.
