How to get all the unused images from uploads directory

I have a client who is blogging from the last 11 years. She deleted her oldest posts from her blog but the images remain to the uploads directory.

I would like to know if there is a way or a plugin to find out the unused images from the uploads directory?

Hi Paula, if you have programming knowledge then you can achieve this by writing some piece of codes. You need to go through all the posts and the media library to compare both of them.
