anderson Since Woocommerce is just a plugin so it is not possible to operate multiple stores. Rather than you may run wordpress as a multisite installation for each store. You have to install the plugin so that you can manage all three stores from one wordpress admin. Still I would suggest to go with Magento, as it can run multi store.
